Apparently the counterfeit producer located in Russia and his criminal distributors have not heard that the Mozambique Postal Service no longer exists as of 2023! Even Stamperija has made no stamps dating 2023 as obviously Mozambique ended all contracts for stamps to be produced.. Yet we have this!
