Was not accepted by Bangladesh authorities who declared the issue invalid for postal purposes. The stock of issues were commissioned to be printed by the Format Printers for a Mr. E.E. Oakway who was a supposedly reputed stamp dealer and stamp investor. When the whole set was rejected rather than destroy them, he promptly distributed the stock directly to European and American stamp dealers and disappeared. Nothing was found in the printers archive in regards to the stamps of Bangladesh.
