All stamps dating 2002 inscribed "SOMALIA" are counterfeit illegal stamps. This item was illegally produced by Mayfair International Security Printers located in France and distributed through the so-called philatelic agency called "Marino-Montero International" owned and run by Mr. Juan Carlos Marino Montero. They were and are distributed by associated British, German, U.S. and Belgium based illegal stamp dealers. In late 2001 the previous agencies "France Philatèlie" 和 "France Philatèlie 2000" were dissolved due to exposure by name for producing and distributing illegal stamps. This exposure due to several UPU circulars published by Niger, Mali and several other countries between 1999 and 2000 naming the owner and the "agencies" as producers of illegal stamps in their country names. Niger convicted Mr. Montero of the crimes in 1999. Avoid Sellers of these!
