My name is Geert. I COLLECT USED "U"/CANCELLED GOOD QUALITY STAMPS (no damaged stamps or stamps with mildew !!!). "CTO" is acceptable. In my wish list, used "U" includes sometimes also "CTO", please let me know if you do not want to receive CTO.
